Executive Director & Founder of The Chanda Plan Foundation. Ms. Hinton-Leichtle has her undergraduate degree in communications from the University of Denver.  She is an advocate for persons with disabilities and sits on many committees related to that population. She recently completed her Masters in Non-profit Management at Regis University.


Maggie is the Director of Operations for the Chanda Plan Foundation. She graduated from Regis University with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and a minor in Kinesiology.  She also continued her education at Regis by recently completing her Master’s in Non-Profit Management.  She has experience in both veterinary medicine as well as nutrition prior to joining the nonprofit industry, and wellness has always been a priority in both her personal and professional life.  She previously started with the Chanda Plan Foundation back in 2013; however, she moved to Texas for a year in 2015.  There she spent quality time with her family, and excelled in Resource Development for United Way of Metropolitan Dallas.  She is excited to be joining the Chanda Plan Foundation once again as her heart never left the organization or Colorado.

Rachael griffin

Contracted Administrative Assistant: Rachael is a Colorado native. Growing up in Louisville Colorado, she became a Certified Nursing Assistant at the age of 16. Started as a CNA at Boulder Community Hospital, she worked there for almost 6 years between the medical surgery floor and the cardiac/telemetry floor. In addition to working at Boulder Community Hospital, she started providing in home health care for private clients on her own and still provides private home health care for some clients to this day In 2012 Rachael became a Massage Therapist. She know she would want to continue working with individuals with disabilities. In February of 2014, she became a provider of the CO Spinal Cord Injury Waiver.
