Providing access to integrative treatments through the Chanda Center for Health and Off-site facilities along the front range and across the nation.

DIRECT SERVICES

Direct Services is the top funding priority for the Chanda Plan Foundation. Our mission is to provide access to integrative therapy, primary care, and other complementary services to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs for persons with physical disabilities through the Chanda Center for Health. We provide acupuncture, massage, yoga, chiropractic care, care coordination and behavioral health services at the Chanda Center for Health. We are able to maintain a quality and cost controlled environment that provides more services to more participants and make a bigger impact. Through our Off-site Services, adaptive exercise and other services performed nationwide are offered through a network of providers.

Too often, I feel as if my body is dead, devoid of sensation, but with the massage therapy I receive through The Chanda Plan, I have the opportunity to bring some sensation back to my body and the sense that I am functioning once again.
